The first 2 days are critical! It is important that the lozenges are taken as directed for maximum effects.

This is half the battle. Once you have gone through this initial phase, it is "down hill" from that point on.

 

After Week 4

Depending on each individual's habits, some may vary. Continue to take only one lozenge

when you have the smoking urge. Normal situations should result in taking one lonzenge

per day, until complete dependency is gone. After this time period you should only take

one lozenge when the cravings become apparent. Cravings will come back intermittently,

however, you will notice a much stronger resistance to lighting up a cigarette.
